Data, Knowledge, and information PowerPoint® presentation
The company you work for is looking at acquiring a new database system. The old system is over ten years old and needs to either be archived or updated. Justification of the cost of change has been a hot topic of conversation amongst the Board of Directors in recent meetings. You have been asked by the CEO of your company to make a presentation to the Board of Directors about the importance of the relationship between data, information, and knowledge in hopes of convincing them of the need to acquire a newer system that can ensure that the company has the right tools in place moving forward. Your task is to provide the Board of Directors with the proper information to make an informed decision.
